Job summary

Fivetran in Dublin currently seeks a Junior Deal Desk Analyst to join our International Deal Desk team. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to facilitate accurate quoting and contracting, ensuring information is complete and aligned with company policy.

This is a full-time hybrid role with two days in the office each week. You’ll gain exposure to Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad, participate in month-end processes, and develop knowledge of deal structures while supporting Enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quotes, contracts and deal data.
• Clear, professional communication with cross-functional partners.
• Good organization and time management to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
• Curiosity to learn deal structures, quoting and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Fivetran’s International Deal Desk by moving deals forward accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Finance, Product, Sales Leadership, and Legal.
• Learn to support Enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, escalating complex requests.
• Manage quote and contract approval workflows, and assist with reporting and month‑end tasks.
