Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst in Ireland to support global sales with deal structuring and quoting for SaaS transactions. You will work across sales operations, billing, contracts and legal to ensure compliant, customer-focused deal pricing.

The role requires 4+ years in related processes, 2+ years in complex SaaS deal quoting, and strong attention to detail. Hybrid work model emphasized for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in processes such as sales operations, finance, sales strategy, and sales enablement.
• 2+ years of deal structuring/quoting complex SaaS transactions for a fast-growing multinational.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
• Comfort representing the company to customers in negotiations and resolving issues.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Datadog’s licensing and pricing to provide deal structuring and quoting support for global sales teams.
• Negotiate deals with customers while adhering to selling policies.
• Resolve customer satisfaction issues after deal execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance and product management.
• Serve as point of contact for Sales on deal pricing matters and ensure adherence to internal controls.
