Qualifications

• 4+ years of Deal Desk experience in SaaS or similar environment.
• Ability to structure and quote complex SaaS transactions.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Comfortable negotiating with customers and representing the company.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of licensing and pricing to support global sales.
• Provide deal structuring and quoting support across regions.
• Negotiate terms with customers as needed.
• Resolve customer satisfaction issues after deal execution.
• Collaborate with legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue and finance.
• Serve as subject matter expert for deal pricing matters.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and business rules.
