Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow strategic data centre accounts across Ireland. You will develop and execute account plans, build senior stakeholder relationships, and drive opportunities across physical security, access control and video surveillance.

You will lead commercial engagement from initial engagement to negotiation and close, collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver customer-focused solutions within large-scale data centre environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior account management.
• Experience in data centre, infrastructure, security, technology or construction sectors is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage complex sales opportunities from engagement to close.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for data centre customers across Ireland.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across security, operations and procurement.
• Identify and progress opportunities across physical security, access control, video surveillance and perimeter protection.
• Lead commercial engagement from early stages through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, regional and global teams to deliver solutions.
• Support regional and international account activity for Irish data centre customers within wider global programmes.
• Manage a strategic sales pipeline and consistently deliver against commercial objectives.
