Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced Data Centre Sales Key Account Manager to drive growth across Ireland and the wider EMEA region.

You will own strategic accounts, build lasting relationships and identify major opportunities throughout the data centre project lifecycle. You will lead negotiations with senior stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop long-term account plans to deliver multi-million euro contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the data centre industry.
• Strong network with data centre operators, developers and contractors.
• Proven track record of multi-million-euro projects.
• Experience in strategic sales, key/account management or global account management.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Technical or engineering background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with major data centre accounts across Ireland and EMEA.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across hyperscale and colocation data centre markets.
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer infrastructure roadmaps.
• Build and manage a substantial sales pipeline across complex, long-term project cycles.
• Develop relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers across the data centre ecosystem.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and the closing of major contracts.
• Position innovative HVAC, cooling and controlled-environment solutions across large-scale data centre projects.
• Work collaboratively with international sales, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and provide strategic market and performance insights.
• Work towards ambitious revenue and order-intake targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
