Job summary

Coopero Ltd. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence. You will manage client relationships and coordinate design teams and contractors to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.

You will drive procurement, monitor cost reporting, and uphold industry standards, while developing processes to add value and improve project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related PM discipline.
• Chartered status or on pathway with RIAI, RICS, CIOB, IE, APM or equivalent.
• Strong industry network and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of projects from planning and design through to successful completion, commissioning and DLP.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to specification, meeting client requirements.
