Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Dublin-based team and deliver high-quality construction programs. You will work with experienced teams to develop scope, manage procurement, and lead project execution from pre-contract through post-contract phases.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring compliance with BCAR, safety, and quality standards while providing proactive reporting and governance across time,

Qualifications

• 7+ years Construction Project Management experience.
• Client-side project management experience is essential.
• Experience on capital works projects in specified sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing scope, KPIs, and project plans.
• Lead or support pre-contract design team activities and procurement.
• Manage project meetings, tracking actions, and reporting progress.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and ensure client expectations are met.
• Ensure compliance with BCAR, safety, and quality requirements.
