Job summary

Coopero Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate a high-end commercial fit-out on the client side in Ireland.

You will manage people and processes to ensure on-time delivery and the project’s organized timeline, acting as the go-to person for all aspects of the project’s organization. You will implement best-practice project management techniques, provide strategic guidance, and maintain comprehensive records.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or building services.
• Proven experience as a project manager.
• Solid technical background with delivery experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of project finances.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience or knowledge in PSDS/PSCS roles.
• Knowledge of building regulations and BCAR/Planning procedures in Ireland.
• Handover documentation and final account awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope, schedule and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide strategic advice in line with industry best practices.
• Submit detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and accurate project records.
• Develop and maintain accurate project plans and change control.
• Protect company interests and manage client relationships.
• Lead client management and ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate with contractors and design teams during construction.
• Prepare and administer project payments, POs and invoicing.
• Produce written reports on progress and costs as required.
