Job summary

Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Dublin to lead and deliver high‑quality construction projects and programmes. You will work with experienced teams to develop scope, manage design teams, procurement, and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of construction PM experience, client‑side delivery, and a track record on capital works in residential, commercial, or logistics sectors. This role offers strong progression and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Construction Project Management experience.
• Demonstrable Client-Side Project Management experience is essential.
• Experience on capital works projects: high-density residential, commercial office shell & core, fitout, logistics/industrial, or €10M+ projects.
• Backgrounds desirable: client-side PM, in-house with property developers, PM consultancy, design management.
• Project management certification beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing scope of work, priorities, and KPIs.
• Assist in developing the Project Execution Plan; seek clarification when required.
• Lead or support in preparing Design Team RFPs and appointments; review and track actions.
• Document and track actions from project meetings; ensure H&S obligations in design/construction.
• Proactive reporting across design, cost, time, safety, and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, design teams, client representatives, and stakeholders.
• Maintain weekly timesheets and monitor actual time against planned resourcing.
• Support procurement strategy development and ensure best value.
