Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead some of our largest and most complex commercial construction projects. You will own end-to-end delivery from preconstruction handoff through closeout, with authority to make key decisions, manage the budget, and develop the PM team alongside you.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Experience leading large or complex projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of project financials, contracts, buyout, scheduling, risk, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Own project financials, forecasts, cost control, profitability, contracts, change orders, and billings.
• Lead buyout, subcontract awards, procurement, and long‑lead decisions.
• Drive the schedule with the Superintendent and field team while managing RFIs, submittals, and delivery risks.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Lead OAC and project meetings and ensure risks and decisions are visible and addressed.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers as they grow into larger roles.
