Laminar Projects is seeking a senior Project Planning professional to enhance delivery of the world's most complex projects. You will lead the Project Planning Discipline, guiding teams and clients to align schedules with on-site delivery using a pragmatic mix of process and technology.

You will work within a consultancy that values people, growth, and impact, with opportunities to shape scalable planning practices and develop your leadership capabilities across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Mastery in construction project planning across diverse industries.
• Proven leadership and coaching of teams and individuals.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and teams.
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure alignment with delivery.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed with actionable reports and updates.
• Develop scalable, repeatable planning practices and tools with the team.
• Lead and develop team members to achieve high performance and growth.
• Collaborate with clients to maximise project value and outcomes.
