Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in South Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a significant building project for a well-established Irish contractor. You will manage pre-construction through handover, coordinate site teams and ensure delivery on time, to budget and to the highest standards.

You will work with clients, design teams and subcontractors, drive safety, quality, and BCAR compliance, and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
Delivering large residential, commercial or public sector projects.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Strong commercial awareness with BCAR knowledge and safety requirements.
Excellent leadership and client management and communication skills.
Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
Lead the project team, including site management, engineering and commercial staff.
Manage programme, budget, quality and health & safety performance.
Act as the main point of contact for the client, design team and stakeholders.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control with the commercial team.
Report project performance and risks to senior management.
