Qualifications

• Degree in project management or a related construction/management discipline.
• Mechanical or electrical qualification or strong M&E knowledge.
• Proven track record in managing fit-out projects.
• Experience with facilities management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
• Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget with client satisfaction.
• Identify, reduce and manage risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial).
• Ensure compliance with company project management policies and CDM and BC(A)R regulations.
• Build strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers for cost-effective, quality-driven delivery.
• Develop project financial plans and ensure positive cash flow with timely invoicing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple site teams and subcontractors.
