Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to scale AI-driven customer experiences across all segments. You will lead growth of our AI Agent Fin, selling to companies rethinking their customer journeys and leveraging internal AI tooling.

Expect a fast-paced, high-impact environment with clear progression and ownership. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, in a hybrid work setting, across Scale, Small Business, Mid Market

Qualifications

• Business fluency in French.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a closing role selling SaaS or DBaaS.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and high-velocity sales cycles.
• Strong sales acumen with interest in the businesses you work with.
• Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation is a bonus.
• AI fluent or strong interest in AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI transformation and drive growth of Fin across your territory.
• Maintain knowledge of AI as the category evolves with access to internal AI tooling.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using a consultative approach.
• Handle multi-segment, high-value deals across various company sizes.
• Articulate Fin's value using MEDDPICC and related sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to win flagship logos.
• Represent customer voice to R&D, Product and Marketing.
