Job summary

Salesforce (Fin) is hiring Account Executives across all segments to lead growth of our AI agent solutions. You will sell AI-powered customer experience transformation to diverse companies, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and operate territory planning with MEDDPICC training.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in German.
• Experience meeting and exceeding quota in a closing role selling SaaS or DBaaS.
• Experience, passion and success in outbound prospecting.
• Strong sales acumen and a general interest in the businesses you work with.
• Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation (bonus).
• AI fluent and/or deep interest in AI tooling.
• Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization, handling inbound and outbound opportunities across various industries and company sizes.
• Exhibits a growth mindset and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI transformation by spearheading growth and adoption of Fin across your territory.
• Maintain category-leading knowledge of AI as the market evolves using internal tools and enablement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a consultative approach.
• Handle 6-figure new business deals across segments, including large and XL deals.
• Articulate Fin's value using the Command of the Message framework / MEDDPICC and be trained if new.
• Learn to drive true control of your business with QBR, territory planning and regular forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers and solutions team to win flagship logos.
• Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, and Marketing.
