Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Staff AI Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core AI systems powering Fin and Fin's AI features. You’ll work at the intersection of advanced AI research, product development, and real customer problems to deliver meaningful business impact.

This is a high-ownership, technically demanding role requiring autonomy and a customer-obsessed mindset, thriving in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Built or worked deeply with AI/ML products, including generative AI.
• Ability to discuss model behavior, evaluation, prompts, architectures, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Experience translating complex AI concepts into clear product plans.

Responsibilities

• Own a major portion of Fin's AI product surface with vision and strategy.
• Understand customers, business, and technology to shape a compelling roadmap.
• Collaborate with ML scientists, engineers, designers, and researchers daily.
• Ship high-quality AI products from exploration to production launches.
• Partner with GTM, marketing, and support to drive adoption and impact.
