HubSpot is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the UKI Account Executive team from our Dublin Office, with the option to work remotely while based in the Republic of Ireland. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring monthly quotas are met, while cultivating a culture aligned with HubSpot values.

You will collaborate with other sales leaders, supervise training, and drive growth plans across Ireland.

• Oversee training on inbound sales, marketing topics and skills.
• Drive recruiting and headcount for new specialists.

• Understand country markets and execute growth plans.
• Demonstrate HubSpot values and leadership traits.
• Apply leadership training styles to direct reports.
