RECRUITERS in Navan, Co. Meath is seeking a Sales Estimator / Administrator to support a growing HVAC commercial team. The role combines technical quotations with customer-focused administration to drive project success.

You will prepare quotations, liaise with suppliers, and help deliver accurate, competitive proposals while developing product knowledge through ongoing training. Excellent communication, organisation and a willingness to learn are essential for progression within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Experience within HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation, building services or a related technical industry is required.
• Experience preparing quotations, estimates or project proposals is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Keen to develop a long-term career within the HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, estimates and technical specifications for HVAC projects.
• Provide commercial and administrative support to the sales and commercial teams.
• Assist in developing technical and commercial proposals for heating, cooling and ventilation solutions.
• Support customers with product information, technical guidance and after-sales service.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding pricing, technical documentation and project requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
• Process customer orders and manage project enquiries.
• Review project specifications to ensure accurate and competitive quotations.
• Maintain accurate records, quotations and customer information within company systems.
• Continue developing product and technical knowledge through training and manufacturer engagement.
