Heat Merchants is seeking an Estimating & Pricing Administrator for its Naas, Co Kildare operation. You will work closely with branches, suppliers, and commercial teams to maintain pricing accuracy, support sales growth, and deliver excellent service.

The role prioritises accuracy, initiative, and collaborative teamwork to meet department goals. The ideal candidate is confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and communicates clearly while learning the product, systems, and commercial

Estimating & Pricing Administrator - Naas, Co Kildare

At Heat Merchants, we're hiring a Full-Time Estimating & Pricing Administrator to join our team in Naas. You'll work closely with branches, suppliers, and commercial teams across the business, helping to maintain accurate information, support sales growth, and deliver excellent service.

We're looking for someone who is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, communicates well, shows initiative, and exercises good judgement. Previous estimating, pricing, or industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential. The successful candidate will be supported by experienced colleagues while developing the product, system, and commercial knowledge required for the role.

Things You'll Do

• Assist with preparing and issuing quotations, maintaining pricing accuracy, and supporting estimating activities across a range of customer projects.
• Help identify opportunities, track projects, and provide administrative support that enables branches and sales teams to win and retain business.
• Ensure pricing information, customer records, supplier details, and project information are accurate and up to date.
• Support the setup of new customer accounts and ensure all relevant information is processed efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with branches, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and deliver excellent service.
• Manage reports, documentation, system updates, and general administration activities that support the smooth running of the department.
