Job summary

Synergy-Security in Dublin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Bid Manager to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth while collaborating with sales, marketing and finance teams.

You will lead bid proposals, manage the business development team, coordinate local and national activities including trade shows and workshops, and nurture client relationships to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Proven business development / sales experience.
• Proven financial and commercial experience.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in sales/CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / presentations.

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for customer sales and new business development.
• Research, identify, target and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage the business development team and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations etc.
• Draft bids & tender proposals for prospective clients.
• Contribute to the implementation of annual sales strategies.
• Gather and maintain relevant industry data to support growth.
• Provide market intelligence to stakeholders and maintain client communication.
• Lead ad-hoc operational projects to drive business strategy.
