Synergy Security Solutions Ltd in Dublin 12 is seeking a dynamic Sales & Bid Manager to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to develop strategies for expanding our client base and market share.

The role emphasizes bid creation, client relationship management and leading the business development team through a busy portfolio of opportunities, trade shows and proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in securing new business opportunities and managing bids/proposals.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tooling.
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations (PowerPoint).
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for customer sales and new business development.
• Research, identify, target and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage the business development team and sales pipeline.
• Manage and undertake local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations etc.
• Draft bids & tender proposals for prospective clients.
• Contributing to and assisting with the implementation of the annual sales strategies.
• Gather and maintain relevant industry data in support of growth and development.
• Gather and feedback marketing intelligence in liaison with key stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership.
• Lead ad-hoc Operational projects and initiatives to drive business strategy.
