Job summary

TikTok Dublin is seeking a QA/Trust & Safety professional to own quality across internal and external stakeholders. You will monitor performance, identify blockers, and lead data-driven improvements.

The role requires coordinating with XFN teams, setting SMART goals, and contributing to a best-practice QA methodology. Preferred candidates will have 1+ year in QA/trust-safety, strong communication, and familiarity with content labeling.

Qualifications

• Finnish language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong English language as working language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance standards across projects.
• Lead calibration meetings with stakeholders.
• Disseminate policy updates and facilitate timely communication.
• Perform daily audits and provide error analysis.
• Compile regular performance data reports for SME and management.
• Escalate RCAs through formal processes.
• Identify areas for performance improvement across markets.
• Participate in policy briefings ensuring alignment with local conditions.
• Support or backfill in market coverage as needed.
• Develop onboarding SOPs and training materials.
