Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
• Broad understanding of business needs, strategic thinking, and decision making in complex situations.
• Familiar with labeling logic and upstream/downstream work flows.
• High proficiency in Finnish and fluent English (working language).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best practice model.
• Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders and provide feedback on implementation.
• Disseminate policy updates and ensure timely communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform daily audits and analyze errors for feedback to teams.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SME and management.
• Conduct regular RCA escalations through the process.
• Identify areas for performance improvement across markets and deliver solutions.
• Participate in policy briefings to align with cultural and geographical conditions.
• Balance task delivery across queues using platforms like TCS or Rock Appeal.
• Support onboarding team with training SOPs and materials.
