Job summary

Clarify is recruiting for a Business Development Representative to join its Demand Generation team. The role combines hybrid remote work with UK and Ireland markets, focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline.

You will work with Sales and Marketing to convert opportunities and drive commercial growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Ideal candidates will thrive on targets, enjoy speaking with prospects, and bring experience in B2B software sales, CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales development or demand generation within a SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience selling software, HR, payroll or enterprise solutions is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and leading nurturing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and maximize lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback on campaign performance.
• Consistently achieve pipeline generation and activity targets.
