Job summary

HRLocker is a fully remote Irish HR software company seeking a Business Development Representative to own the top of the sales funnel. You will generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads so Account Executives can close opportunities.

In this high-activity role you will be the first commercial contact for prospects, building curiosity about HR tech, and driving discovery conversations via phone and video. Remote work within Ireland is supported.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in sales/BD or similar target-driven role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with outbound calls and video chats.
• Strong resilience, high activity tolerance and ability to handle rejection.
• CRM and sales-engagement tools experience.
• Interest in HR tech and SaaS; willingness to learn the product.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and decision makers; build prospect lists reflecting ICP.
• Run outbound prospecting across phone, email and LinkedIn with daily/weekly activity levels.
• Qualify inbound leads from demos, trials, content and webinars.
• Hold discovery conversations to understand HR processes and business needs.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context for handover.
• Maintain accurate records of activity in HubSpot; meet monthly targets.
