Job summary

DocuSign is seeking an SMB Account Executive in Ireland to drive revenue growth across small and mid-market customers. You will manage multi-threaded platform deals, translate complex IAM and AI capabilities into measurable ROI, and balance high-velocity transactions with strategic, multi‑threaded sales.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President, SMB Sales, and requires hybrid work with regular in-office days. Prior SaaS sales excellence and Italian language fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role within SaaS or technology.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Demonstrated history of consistent quota achievement (100%+ attainment). Proficiency with Salesforce (or HubSpot) and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue: meet and exceed quarterly quotas and target double-digit growth.
• Build pipeline: outbound prospecting across multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
• Sell value: translate IAM and AI features into ROI and business outcomes for C-suite buyers.
• Execute with discipline: use MEDDPICC to manage deal velocity and forecasting.
• Master the stack and CRM: maintain CRM integrity in Salesforce, manage high deal volumes.
• Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success and Legal to ensure deal execution.
