Job summary

Dean Group, a Dublin-based hospitality group expanding across Europe, seeks a Cluster Revenue Manager to optimise pricing and distribution across multiple hotels. You will analyze market trends, lead forecasting, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

The role demands at least 3 years in revenue management, strong analytical ability, and excellent stakeholder engagement. A proactive, data-driven mindset and experience with RMS is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue management or a similar hospitality role.
• Experience managing multi-property portfolios desirable.
• Strong pricing, forecasting, and market analysis abilities.
• Proficiency with RMS, PMS, CRS, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue performance across multiple hotels to meet commercial KPIs.
• Develop dynamic pricing and optimize distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align objectives.
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and performance metrics.
• Prepare revenue reports for senior management.
• Provide insights to support tactical decisions.
