Axiom Hospitality Limited invites applications for a Revenue Director to lead pricing and revenue management across Courtyard by Marriott Dublin and Residence Inn Dublin in a dual-site, pre-opening and early-operations context. The role reports to the Cluster General Manager and is based onsite across both properties, with a focus on maximizing RevPAR, market share and profitability.

We seek professionals with 3+ years in branded revenue management, pre-opening and multi-property experience,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel revenue management within a branded environment, ideally Marriott brands
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster revenue experience is desirable
• Proven track record of growing RevPAR, market share and profitability
• Strong pricing, forecasting, budgeting and distribution strategy experience
• Confident with revenue management systems and advanced Excel
• Experience managing extended stay, transient and group business
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies across both hotels
• Analyse booking trends, market conditions and competitor pricing
• Monitor inventory and distribution across booking channels
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and reservations teams to drive performance
• Use Marriott revenue management tools to forecast demand and adjust pricing
• Create and analyse revenue forecasts and market analyses
• Manage relationships with third-party booking platforms
• Develop promotions and packages to drive revenue
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and pricing accuracy
• Balance demand profiles between Courtyard and Residence Inn
