Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Galway is seeking an attentive Reservations Officer to manage day-to-day operations in the reservations office and support revenue goals.

You will work closely with the Revenue Manager and DOS to maximise room revenue and occupancy, update the revenue system, and ensure guest requests are honoured. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar reservations role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to delegate tasks.
• Warm, friendly and approachable when interacting with staff and guests.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Tour group experience is desirable; hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the reservation office.
• Continuously update the hotel's revenue system.
• Assist in maximizing room revenue, occupancy and yield management.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager and DOS for efficient department operations.
• Ensure guests' requests are honoured.
