Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the reservation office and drive high performance across the team. You will collaborate with revenue and DOS to maximise room revenue while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

You will report to the Group General Manager and shape the culture of the team within a supportive environment that values development and excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reservation manager or Supervisor in a busy hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.
• Great team leader and can motivate reservations staff.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservation office.
• To constantly update the hotel's revenue system.
• To assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy percentage and yield management.
• Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure the efficient running of the department.
• To ensure our guest's requests are honoured.

As Reservations Manager, you will report to the Group General Manager. You will effectively guide and manage hotel reservation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.
