Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Reservation Supervisor to lead daily operations in the reservations office and support yield management. The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork and accurate revenue updates. You will collaborate with senior revenue staff to maximize occupancy and room revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The position values excellent English, 1 year in a similar role, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to oversee and delegate tasks.
• Warm, friendly and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with a 3/4-star hotel is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the reservation office.
• Update the hotel's revenue system continuously.
• Assist in maximizing room revenue, occupancy and yield management.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager and DOS to run the department efficiently.
• Ensure guests' requests are honoured.
