Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage hotel functions, drive guest satisfaction and foster a high-performance culture. You will shape the strategy of the hotel, lead the team, and ensure sustainable growth while maintaining excellent service standards.

You will recruit and coach staff, collaborate with peers across departments, and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment and operational excellence. This role is based on site in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in a Duty Manager or similar hotel leadership role.
• Standards-driven with a strong focus on Food & Beverage.
• Proven ability to develop talent and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders and drive hotel operations.
• Oversee guest reception, motivate teams, and ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate across departments and support recruitment efforts.
• Coach new staff and resolve issues with tact and speed.
