Job summary

CAMPUS RESIDENCES DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY in Ireland seeks an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Office and oversee a 1,400-room inventory across direct and partner channels.

You will collaborate with the Business Development and Revenue Managers to optimise occupancy and pricing, lead the reservations team, and drive annual revenue growth while ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in reservations or hospitality.
• Level 7 qualification ( Diploma & Ordinary Bachelor Degree ) is required.
• Experience with rate yielding, inventory control and booking channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Reservations Office operations, ensuring accurate, efficient booking activity.
• Manage availability and 1,400-room inventory across direct and third-party channels.
• Collaborate with BD Manager and Revenue Manager on occupancy, pricing and revenue performance.
• Lead and train reservations team; rostering, performance and targets.
• Own the accommodation revenue budget and annual rate/inventory strategy; report to senior management.
• Analyze demand and competitor pricing; adjust pricing strategy across channels.
• Monitor and yield rates based on demand, occupancy, events.
• Maintain PMS, booking engine, channel manager and third-party sites.
• Oversee reservation records: pickups, cancellations, no-shows, sources, promos.
• Manage visitor rooms year-round in Glasnevin and maximise sales.
• Ensure accurate completion of reservations, contracts and docs.
• Identify upselling opportunities and optimize inventory.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and conferences to communicate requirements.
• Resolve reservation issues and maintain service standards.
• Support improvements to reservation procedures and workflows.
