Job summary

The Fleet Hotel in Dublin seeks a Reservations Executive to manage day-to-day reservations, coordinate group bookings and maximise revenue across all channels. You will work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to ensure inventory accuracy and pricing strategies align with forecasts.

We expect a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, strong computer literacy (Word, Excel) and a professional telephone manner.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Proven track record in reservations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage day-to-day reservations operations across revenue streams.
• Coordinate group reservations with GM & Revenue Manager.
• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure up-to-date inventory before guest arrival.
• Maintain working knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
