Job summary

Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a dedicated Reservations Assistant to join our team at our four-star property in the heart of the city. You will manage all reservations and group bookings, maximising revenue opportunities while delivering high levels of customer care.

Key duties include liaising with Revenue Manager to optimise occupancy, handling inquiries promptly, and coordinating with Front Office and other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reservations Assistant or Senior Receptionist in a Four Star property in Ireland.
• Experience using Opera Cloud software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximise bedroom occupancy and revenue in liaison with Revenue Manager and Reservations Supervisor.
• Handle group bookings, rates, deposits and contracts; manage cut-off dates.
• Respond to inquiries promptly in line with hotel policies and rate structure.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Attend daily operations and revenue strategy meetings and ensure GDPR compliance.
