Job summary

Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a dedicated Reservations Assistant to join our four-star property in the heart of Dublin. You will manage all reservations and group bookings, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent guest care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries, liaising with Revenue Manager, and coordinating with Front Office and other departments to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Reservations Assistant or Senior Receptionist in a four-star property in Ireland.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize bedroom occupancy and revenue in liaison with Revenue Manager.
• Handle reservations and group bookings across channels and rate structures.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues to protect revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
