Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guests' reservations and provide details of hotel facilities and pricing. You will upsell other areas of the hotel or properties within the group and ensure expectations are set before stay.

We value excellent customer service, independence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is preferred but not essential, and Dalata offers development opportunities and a supportive environment.
