Gallagher, based in Killarney, is seeking a Renewal Invite Executive to help customers review renewal options, ensure competitive pricing and maintain strong relationships. You will discuss insurance needs, provide product guidance, and support informed renewal decisions while collaborating with colleagues across the business.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused approach within a supportive, career‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• APA qualified, or willing to complete the relevant Insurance Institute qualifications with full support from GMIB.
• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification), or a relevant third-level qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions.
• Are confident communicators, particularly over the phone.
• Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Enjoy analysing information and making informed decisions.
• Are organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Take a proactive, solution-focused approach to their work.
• Work well as part of a team while being comfortable taking ownership of their own responsibilities.
• Are confident using Microsoft Office and a range of business systems.

How you'll make an impact

As a Renewal Invite Executive, you'll help customers make informed decisions about their insurance cover while supporting GMIB's continued growth and success. You'll:
