Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Personal Lines Executive in Ireland to work with customers, understand their insurance needs, and guide them to the right cover. You will be supported by experienced leaders and have opportunities for professional development.

You’ll start in a role that trains you to build trusted client relationships, manage quotes and renewals, and liaise with insurers while delivering a high standard of service.

• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge and professional qualifications.

Applicants should have:

• A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, or a relevant third level qualification

Successful candidates will be supported in achieving the relevant professional insurance qualifications required under Central Bank regulations.
