Gallagher in Kilkenny is seeking a Personal Lines Retention Handler to help customers stay protected and ensure continued service excellence. You will renew policies, build trusted relationships and provide practical insurance guidance to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Experienced in a customer-facing, retention, sales or insurance role.
• APA qualified (or equivalent).
• Confident building relationships and communicating with a wide range of customers.
• A strong listener who can understand customer needs and provide practical solutions.
• Organised and proactive, with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Committed to maintaining professional standards, CPD requirements and regulatory compliance.

• Stay informed about market developments and industry trends to ensure customers receive the most relevant solutions.
