Ashgrove Renewables in Mallow seeks a Sales Administrator to centre the Sales team, providing essential administrative support and coordination between proposal generation, design team, surveyors and customers. The role is office-based and full training will be provided.

You will coordinate daily office operations, issue proposals, handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records. Join a team delivering renewable energy solutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative coordination role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including a professional telephone manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office operations and general admin tasks.
• Issue proposals prepared by the technical team.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and coordination sessions.
• Plan and manage calendar and travel arrangements.
• Collate documentation for sales team and prepare meeting agendas/minutes.
• Create tasks in the CRM and follow up with teams.
• Provide telephone support and cover reception duties.
