Ashgrove Renewables invites applications for a Scheduling Administrator in our Mallow office. You will be at the heart of scheduling and coordinating renewable energy projects, liaising with homeowners, subcontractors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Experience in a technical environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Schedule installs with subcontractors and homeowners by phone and email.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with scheduling team to ensure smooth project flow.
• Report role KPIs to department head.
• Invoice homeowners for completed works.
• Issue and complete purchase orders for subcontractors.
• Ensure information is shared and CRM system is updated.
