Job summary

HubSpot is seeking an Account Executive for the Small Business - Benelux market, based from a home office in Dublin. You will use inbound selling to acquire new SMB customers, run online demos, and close deals in an inside sales model. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

You will partner with BDRs to research prospects and craft outreach strategies. As a full closing role, you will nurture opportunities, forecast accurately, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to evolve

Qualifications

• 1+ year of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Dutch would be a plus but is not required.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g., over quota, President's Club).
• A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for prospects.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
• Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to HubSpot's mission.
