Job summary

HubSpot is seeking an Account Executive for the Small Business Nordics team, to be based in Ireland with a hybrid setup. You will drive outbound prospecting, run online demos, and close new business for HubSpot software across Nordic markets.

You will research prospects, craft outreach strategies, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions. Fluency in English is required, and Nordic language exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Closing Sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in any Nordic language or market exposure is preferred but not essential.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club).
• A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges our prospects face and match HubSpot solutions.
• Close new business at or above quota.
• Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities in SMBs.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to HubSpot's mission.
