Job summary

CluneTech is seeking a SaaS Sales Executive to drive mid‑market growth across the Central & Eastern Europe region. You will own a portfolio of accounts, perform outbound activities, and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities while building long‑term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

You will engage with clients in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and the Baltics, using English plus another CEE language.

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B SaaS to mid‑market customers in the CEE region.
• Fluency in English and an additional CEE language.
• Ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
• Creative, team‑player, resilient mindset.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of mid‑market customers across the CEE region.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities (calls, video, email) tailored to CEE markets.
• Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within your CEE accounts.
