Job summary

ClickUp is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to cover DACH from Ireland. You will own full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales, from discovery to negotiation and closing, building long-term relationships with executive sponsors.

You will develop a territory plan for DACH, identify high-potential accounts, and create qualified pipeline through outbound, partner, and inbound motions while collaborating with Solutions Engineering to tailor value-led evaluations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle Enterprise or upper-mid-market SaaS sales.
• Own complex, multi-stakeholder deals with executive buyers.
• Experience using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification framework.
• Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales from discovery through close.
• Build and execute a territory plan for DACH, identifying high-potential accounts.
• Create qualified pipeline via outbound, partner, and inbound motions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to tailor value-led evaluations.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast accuracy, and surface deal risks early.
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with Customer Success.
