Job summary

HRLocker is hiring a Graduate Business Development Representative to join our fully remote Ireland team. You will generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads so Account Executives can focus on closing.

No sales experience is required as training is provided; strong communication and curiosity are key. We offer a structured onboarding, clear development path to an Account Executive role, and a salary of €30,000–€32,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have third-level qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with high activity levels and rejection.
• Natural curiosity with strong questioning/listening.
• Organized with time management and follow-ups.
• Willing to learn new software quickly.
• Interest in HR tech and SaaS, with product learning.
• Coachable team player who values feedback.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and decision makers in HRLocker’s core markets.
• Run outbound prospecting across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads from demos, trials, content and webinars.
• Hold discovery conversations to understand a prospect’s HR processes.
• Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity/contacts/ opportunities in HubSpot.
• Work toward monthly activity/meeting/pipeline targets with ramp-up.
• Build product knowledge across HRLocker suite and articulate value.
• Feed market intelligence back to Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
• Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews and coaching.
