Solidroad in Dublin and San Francisco is hiring a Business Development Representative to kickstart our sales motion. You’ll focus on personalized email outreach, LinkedIn social selling, and cold calling to book meetings with CX and support leaders at fast-growing companies.

You’ll join a small, ambitious team and work closely with the founders as we scale from $1M to $10M ARR. This is a hands-on, in-person role with ample room to grow into an AE or manager position.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; grit and coachability matter.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with cold outreach and fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive top-of-funnel activity through personalized emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Book qualified meetings with CX leaders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns.
• Maintain HubSpot pipeline with discipline.
• Partner with founders to refine ICP and sales process.
• Learn to grow a startup from $1M to $10M ARR.
