Rippling is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our Dublin team. You will prospect and qualify new customers and channel partners, building pipeline for our Account Executives while operating in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.

You will work on outbound strategies, collaborate with marketing, and maintain clean CRM records as you help shape our growth in EMEA. This role requires onsite presence in Dublin three days per week.
