&Open is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to run the engine behind our hiring. You’ll own scheduling, candidate communication, and the day‑to‑day logistics to make every interview feel organized and personal, partnering with the People team across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar high‑volume operations role.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you juggle many moving parts without dropping one.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and Google Workspace.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Proactive, low‑ego approach and comfort in a fast‑moving startup.

Responsabilités

• Schedule phone screens, interview loops, and debriefs across multiple time zones and calendars.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to build a qualified pipeline for Hiring Managers.
• Lead internal role intake meetings to align on role expectations and candidate profiles.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them from first call to offer.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS.
• Prepare interview kits, scorecards, and briefing notes for hiring teams.
• Draft and post job descriptions and manage job board listings.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Track metrics like time‑to‑hire and pipeline conversion; identify bottlenecks.
• Support employer brand efforts, careers page, events, and candidate feedback.
• Spot gaps in processes and help build scalable templates and workflows.
